Recover previous versions

In most cases (see Versioning availability bellow), when a file is edited and saved, its previous state is kept.

To access those previous versions, in the context menu ( or right-click) click in Details then on Versions. The system keeps the 10 most recent versions of each file, as well as a version from each of the last few days.

You can replace the current file with a previous version by clicking Restore or you can dowload the version to your computer (e.g. to check its content) by clicking Dowload.

Due to the specificity of the different access protocols, sometimes is not possible to offer versioning of files.
